Henna Asian Women’s Group offers a Carers service exclusively for Female Carers, this project provides carers with a variety of different services that include Breathing sessions to promote relaxation, build internal energy,
Meditation to enjoy an indestructible sense of well being alongside clear the mind and ease many health concerns, such as depression and anxiety that was apparent throughout carers.
Massage to help carers ease the daily stressors that they faced when caring for their loved ones.
Alongside this Henna provides a weekly Social Club for carers where they meet and talk to each other over a cup of tea and take part in several activities such as knitting.
Henna partners with many service providers to provide information on various topics that are vital for carers to receive additional support in their caring roles.
Henna’s Carers project is a vital service for many users who have limited access to their local specialist service provisions, the overall project helps key organisations develop a introductory relationship to sustain the betterment for these women alongside recognising Henna’s reach throughout audiences.
